At the top of the pyramid you will find a box of Cerisettes.

The Cherries are soaked in a Kirsch and Brandy Liquor and then coated with a fine covering of sugar before being allowed to dry for a few hours. This process ensures that the sugar is soaked into the Cherry thereby ensuring a sweet succulent taste. The Cherry is then coated in several layers of Chocolate and decorated with pure Chocolate Vermicilli.
The next layer is full of our delicious Chocolate Gingers.

The Ginger is of the very highest quality stem ginger from Thailand. Coated in a thick layer of Dark Coverture Chocolate the result is quite exceptional.
Next comes an assortment of quite devine Swiss Truffles.
And finally, a Giant Box of selected Dumon hand made chocolates.
